Exercise and meditation:




The energy keeping, Qi -channeling, practice of Qi Gong is completely designed to keep the person in shape without causing stress and exhaustion. Chronic illness can make feel like the body is beyond control. Suitable exercise and meditation can help reassert the ability to shape the quality of the life and the vitality of the mind, body and spirit.

Qi Gong is the conventional Chinese discipline that focuses on breathing and movement of Qi to boost physical harmony and strength and establish spiritual and emotional peace. It is visualization or meditation exercise for communicating with the subconscious mind Feel free to adjust the pattern to fit into the current belief system.

Relaxing technique:
1. Close the eyes and relax. Imagine walking inside the elevator and the door closed. Breathe deeply in between floors. Feel the motion of the elevator as going down, see the numbered lights with down and count them in the mind and breathe deeply once or twice in between floors.
2. Find a position to sit down and ask to speak to the subconscious, or the higher self, or even the spirit guides. Have a conversation with them and ask them what they want to know and then listen. After finishing, thank them and exit the room. Be certain to close the door. Back track the way to the staircase and climb it, counting up from 1 to 21. Then walk into the elevator and do the same, count up from 1 to 21 and step out.

Few changes for better result:
One can redecorate or make other changes to the room. If it is cluttered, clean it up. The person might find that the life is getting cleaned up by doing this..The approaching on this journey is invaluable. And the dreams after doing this exercise may be a little more clear than usual. Pay attention to them and what they might be trying to convey. The next time one feelings unsettled or unclear about something in the life, just go to the room.
