How to calculate the calories that are burned
In order to lose weight, one must make a calorie lack on a daily basis. One can create the deficit by eating fewer calories than what the body needs or can burn calories by exercising. The amount of calories that any person burns in a given day is dependent upon many factors. Some things like the weight, height and lifestyle can affect how quickly or slowly the body burns calories. The word metabolism is used to explain how someone stays so thin. Metabolism is how fast the body burns energy. If someone has a slow metabolism, it takes longer to shed weight, whereas someone with a fast metabolism may be able to eat a lot of everything and never gain an ounce. The activity level and the current eating habits have a lot to do with the metabolism rate.
