How to gain Muscle and Lose Fat
In order to look fit and lean and of course healthy you need to lose fat and gain muscle. It is muscles which give your body that well defined chiseled look like those of the movie stars and athletics. To grow muscles you need to do the right kind of training and to lose fat also. For this you need to find a training program that allows you to lose fat and gain muscle in the process.
Well if you are looking for such a program than you have just found one and that is Turbulence training. Turbulence training was designed by a fitness expert after many years of research on fitness programs. The expert Mr. Craig Ballantyne was a former athlete who discovered that anyone who stopped exercising gained weight. But he discovered that athletes and body builders needed to gain muscle not fat.
Most people are only focusing on losing fat and what they do not realize is by eating less food and doing more workouts with heavy weights is not going to make them lose fat but to lose muscle. We need a program where we need to lose fat and instead gain muscle.

This way it will help you to gain substantial muscle while your fat is being cut down. This can be achieved when you eat the right foods after workouts and have a bigger than normal breakfast everyday. For muscle building plenty of proteins need to be consumed.
Resistance or strength helps you to burn calories long after you have finished your workout. Your rate of metabolism increases and more fat is burnt. This way you burn fat and build muscles at the same time.
