Hunting
Hunting is a very primitive form of recreational activity. For ages it has been the source of entertainment for people. Hunting apart from a recreational activity can also be considered as a very good form of exercise. The process of hunting involves physical movements that promote mobility in the body. Hunting can be a very useful form of exercise that helps the people above fifty to stay fit. The people above fifty generally tend to develop stiffer joint weaker muscles. This is due to the fact that the active cells of which the muscles and the bones are made of attains a stage where their death rate is higher than their growth rate. Due to their physical condition man tends to become less active. The inactivity results in some of the very serious health hazards like diabetes, high blood pressure and heart attack, which can also be fatal in nature. In order to increase mobility and prevent the body from any further damage the body should be subjected to regular exercise. For this purpose hunting can be considered as a very good activity. Hunting is not also an intense form of exercise thus the risk of getting injured is also reduced.
Hunting as an activity to stay fit
Hunting can be very good form of exercise due to its very nature. The process of hunting involves great amount of movement. This in a way ensures that each and every part of the body is subjected to exercise. The joints when exercised loose the stiffness and become more flexible. The muscles get strengthened due to carrying heavy loads while moving around for hunting. The movements ensure that the excess of the calories in the body get burned, this due to the fact that great amount of body heat is being generated while the process of movement. Thus it helps in cutting down the risk of some of the fatal diseases. Hunting is generally done in the forest areas, thus being closer to the nature man breathes fresh air.
Hunting not only helps to stay fit but also promotes overall health of a person. Hunting is one of the best forms of activity where pleasure is mixed with exercise.
