Many people in this world are suffering from a lot of health problems. Among them the people who are above the age of fifty are the people who are the most among the sufferers. These old people suffer a lot because these people don't do any sort of physical exercises. That's why due to no physical exercise for a long time the body becomes dull and weak. Thus the body gets susceptible to various diseases and these people suffer a lot as their body is not strong enough to combat the diseases. Also these people restrain from doing any sort of exercise because they feel very bored and anybody would feel bored doing sit ups, aerobics etc. because there is nothing interesting in that. So it's better to do some activity which creates your interest and keeps you healthy also at the same time. Such an activity can be learning chivalry arts.

Benefits

Chivalry refers to the medieval institution of knighthood and, most especially, the ideals that were associated with it. It is usually, for example, associated with ideals of knightly virtues, honor and courtly love. The word comes from the French word chevalier which means knight. The English word cavalier comes from the same root. The fighting arts that were practiced by these knights were known as chivalry arts.

Art of archery, swords etc. are called as chivalry arts. These arts involve a lot of physical exercise. Also these arts involve particular type of body movements. Therefore when we practice these arts each and every part of our body is being worked out. Some of these arts also include jumping and running. Therefore we can say that it will give a complete workout to our body. Also it will help in burning the fats and the extra calories which we have gained. As it includes a lot of body movement, it will lead to mobility and stability of the joints thereby increasing your balance.

Conclusion

So by learning these arts the people who are old can really keep fit and also at the same time you are keeping alive a very old art.
