In order to loose weight in less time one has to go to a professional weight loss program designed to lose weight and burn fat in minimum time. Otherwise, the weight loss workouts will take too long and will not get the results of satisfactory. When designing the program for maximal results, make sure the plan for exercises is in the best possible order.

The best way to set the program:
1. The bodyweight warm up comes first. This prepares or the rest of the workout, but does not waste the time like a 5-minute walk on the treadmill would waste the time.
2. Strength exercises come
3. Repetition exercises follow the next
4. Endurance exercises are used to finish the strength portion
5. Intervals complete the fat burning workout.

Putting stamina work first but doing too many pushups at the start of the workout before the strength exercise is a bad idea. While doing endurance work prior to heavy lifting, the strength will endure. There is no question the workout strength will suffer if one does this. So make sure not to get weakness in the warm-up or put a high-rep exercise prior to a heavy strength exercise. These must be done 20-30 minutes into people's workouts all the time. Remember if someone wants to move fast or train with a high-intensity, one will have to be fresh and not fatigued.

Quality workout:
Follow the optimal exercise order to get more quality work in each training session. Therefore allowing getting stronger, burn more calories, gaining more muscle and losing more fat. Whatever the training goal, it will be made easier by doing things in the right order. So the best weight loss, fat burning, muscle building program must go in this way

1. A sufficient but not overbearing total body warm-up
2. Supersets starting with the hardest bodyweight exercise first, ones that can only be done for a few reps
3. A slow reduces in exercise intensity with each subsequent superset and a simultaneous increase in reps.
4. Endurance circuits to finish the workout.
5. Gaps if needed.
6. Train neat, train hard, train safe and one will get definite results.
