Turbulence Training-Training Philosophy




The training philosophy of turbulence training is that it is a workout system that guarantees that you will lose fat, gain muscle, get stronger and still have to train for less than an hour for 3 to 4 days in a week. So over a shorter period of time you get the best benefits of a fat free body with muscle gain and lots of energy and stamina to do all the work you want without having to feel tired at all.
