Turbulence training- Training Principles
Turbulence training combines high intensity, low volume, quick workouts along with resistance training and interval training which makes the person who is training in this program to lose fat in the body and at the same time build muscles. It was developed by a fitness expert who has been training for years. The person is Craig Ballantyne who is renowned in the field of fitness training. After years of research in fitness workouts he has come out with this excellent program which guarantees fat loss with muscle build up in a shorter period of time.
The workouts consist of doing 5 minute warm ups followed by 20 minutes of strength training followed by 15 to 20 minutes of interval training. The principle used is variety and change in workouts so you will never feel bored of having to do the same workouts for long periods of time and still see no tangible results as far as your body is concerned.
The reason why we need to have variations in our workouts is due to fact that our body is very adaptable and responsive to the training we give it. The body responds to resistance training by growing muscles when the right diet plan is also followed. The fat melts away and in place you have muscles and plenty of energy and stamina.
A variety and change in workout programs is highly recommended by all fitness trainers. Once the body gets used to the same exercise workouts it stops to respond and you will see no change in your fat loss and muscle build up.
By constantly changing the exercises and other variables in your workouts will encourage and force your body to burn all the calories and fat more so that it can adapt to stress. The training principles incorporated in Turbulence training are namely 3 parts interval training, non-competing supersets and exercise variations.
Turbulence training has been designed to be an intense, quick and highly efficient workout which can fit into the lives of anybody who has very little time for exercise. It is highly flexible and can be adjusted to suit just about anyone in any level of fitness. It can be done in the comforts of the home and you don't have to spend lots of money to buy any expensive exercise equipment.
