Turbulence Training-Training Workout




The word 'Turbulence" as everybody is already aware of is normally associated with flying. Anyone who is flying is expected to buckle their seat belts when their airplane hits a turbulence as the plane needs to work very hard to help it to re0position itself in the air. It is this same principle that is applied in Turbulence training where a combination of resistance training and interval training are used to help you achieve that fat free lean muscle filled body.

Turbulence training helps you to burn all that extra fat in your whole body and help build muscle tissue instead. This gives your body a better defined and chiseled lean look.

As turbulence training involves both resistance training and interval training you will find that you are losing fat faster in a shorter period of time. Turbulence training can be done by anyone, anywhere as it does not involve expensive gym equipment and also does not take much time. You can do it anytime you are free. All you need to do is workout for less than an hour 3 to 4 times a week. Now isn't that great. Of course you also need to follow a simple diet plan of eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetable along with fresh meat and poultry.

In turbulence training you follow a training workout which keeps changing every four weeks. This way your body will adapt to better fat burning measures .Doing the same routine for months together is not effective. It is doing a workout for only short durations which is the key to burning fat and maintaining a fat free body. Variety in training helps the body to be more adaptive.

In order to lose fat continuously and gain muscle you must be sure to change your workouts also. Changing your exercises and variables continuously every 4 weeks helps your body to burn more fat. For beginners 4 weeks are needed while for advanced trainees they need only 2 weeks on each program to maintain fat loss. By changing workouts your metabolism rate will go up and this will ensure that more fat is burnt up in your body. And doing resistance training and interval training ensures that a continuous loss of fat takes place in your body long after you have finished your training.
