After a man attain the age of fifty and above the limbs of his body becomes lesser efficient. The death rate of the active cells of the body exceeds the growth rate of these cells. Thus the body starts experiencing various physical disorders. Generally the joints become stiffer, the muscles become weaker. The overall activity of the person reduces to a considerable amount. This results in accumulation of the excess amount of fats, calories and cholesterol. This condition leads to some of the serious health hazards like high blood pressure, diabetes, it can even lead to heart attack. Thus in order to prevent all these a person crossing the age of fifty should always ensure that the body is in an active state as much as possible. The daily routine of a person should be designed as such that the person works out amply without putting extra amount of pressure on the body. If the body is being subjected to excess amount of pressure, it may refuse to take the load as the muscles and the bones of the body are weaker. This may result in serious damage to the physical health of a person. Washing one's own car at home is a good exercise to ensure all these. It can be practiced whenever desired at the home itself.

Washing cars to stay fit

Washing cars can be a good form of exercise to stay fit. During washing a car the whole body experiences ample amount of movement, thus increasing the activity of the body cells. The joints of the body are being worked out ensuring that the flexibility of the joints is retained. The moving of various equipments while washing a car also helps in strengthening the body muscles. The workout of the whole body ensures that enough heat is being generated to burn the excess amount of calories, which can be the cause of serious health concern. But it should be taken care of that due to nature of the job the body should not be overworked as it can also cause damage to the health.

Thus one should wash his own car at home so as to ensure some activity to the body in order to stay fit.
